We believe that the purpose of group therapy is to provide a safe space of connection for those navigating similar journeys of healing and restoration. You do not have to walk your journey alone. We believe that through connection and vulnerability with others who understand, you can live a healthy and restored life.

Partner Support Group

This is a weekly Women’s group for partners of betrayal trauma. If you have discovered infidelity, lies, a secret life, or a partner’s compulsive sexual behavior or addiction: It’s not just heartbreaking— It’s Traumatic.

Join us each week to share stories and support from other women who understand, learn about the effects of trauma, discover new ways to reduce and manage trauma symptoms, and heal and live a restored like with a community of women.

Men’s Support Group for Compulsive Sexual Behavior

A weekly men’s group that will address compulsive or problematic sexual behaviors, intimacy issues, and secretive behavior. The book Facing the Shadow by Dr. Patrick Carnes will be used.

Additionally, there are two virtual groups offered on Friday’s starting Jan. 3, 2025.

Confidence and Self-Esteem Group for Pre-teens and Teens

This is an eight week group for teens who need a safe space to process confidence and self esteem concerns in a world full of negative influence. This group is designed to help pre-teens and teens develop healthy confidence and self-esteem to engage an everchanging world.

Break Free from Codependency

A 10-week women’s group that will explore how to put the puzzle together of where you end and begin. This group will explore the characteristics of codependency and how to work toward freedom from codependency.

This group will be using Codependent No More book and workbook by Melody Beattie.
